Supervisors will discuss plans to revitalize local real estate market
The Riverside County Board of Supervisors is expected today to approve plans on how the county should spend a $48.5 million federal grant designed to help revitalize the local real estate market.

The Missouri Development Finance Board approved tax credits last Thursday toward The Trails development in Southeast Kansas City, a project proposed by local real estate company LANE4 Property Group that would include a soccer-specific stadium for the Kansas City Wizards.

‘Be prepared’ is the Boy Scout motto, but longtime Scout turned community advocate Bill Poteet says he was not prepared, Nov. 21, to hear his name given as the 2008 Citizen of the Year during the annual banquet, Nov. 21, at the Naples Elks Lodge. The award is sponsored by the Collier Citizen and the Golden Gate Presidents Council.
